The Red Practice would like to introduce you to Medlink.

This a new app which is being rolled out across GP practices in Scotland.

It will help us to gather important information about your health and it will provide you with links to useful resources to support your health.

In the coming months if you have a chronic health condition or are prescribed medication you may receive an invite via text message or email to complete an online Medlink review. If we do not hold a mobile number or email address for you, you will receive a letter in the post with a QR code to scan to complete your review. This will help us to ensure your condition is well managed and your medication is safe and appropriate. 

You will recognise that this communication is from us as it will say our name, include an introductory video by our Partner, Dr. Nathan De La Haye and ask various questions relating to your healthcare.

During trials many patients concluded that this was a fast, convenient and easy way to complete their health review.
